Library Service FAQ 
Here are our best answers to the most frequently asked pandemic-related service questions.

How can I receive curbside delivery?
All items to be picked up must be reserved by Tuesday 10:00 am each week in order to be available that week. Pickup times are Wednesday 9:00-12:00 and Thursday 1:30-6:00. You will call when you reach our parking lot, or you can call before leaving your house. There will be a table in front of the entrance, once you call to let us know you are on your way/at the library, we will put a bag with your name on it out on the table. You will then leave your car and pick it up. Questions? E-mail or call.

How do I renew my library books? 
Given the governor's stay-at-home order, all library items checked out have been renewed until June 1st, 2020. Should the stay-at-home order be extended, your book loan will be extended.

Can I still return my books?
The book drop is open and can be utilized at any time. It will be emptied daily.

I'm dying of boredom and need a new book! What do I do?
We would love to have you check out ebooks and audiobooks from NHDownloadables! You will need to download the Libby app and log in using your library number and password. If you need your number, please call us we are checking our voicemail every morning. Or, you may send us a Facebook message, as we are checking in daily on social media.

I have a book on reserve. Will I have to re-reserve it when you re-open?
Don't worry about your items on our reserve shelf. Anything that's on reserve when we closed will still be reserved when we reopen!

I need help accessing some of your online services?
We are monitoring phones, email, and are available by chat on our Facebook page! If you have questions about your account or need help accessing library services or programs, please contact us at 603 286-8971 or via email.

Is the staff working at the library during this crisis?
 Some of our staff are still working, checking voicemail, sending emails, working on projects, and preparing for our community when we reopen. We thank you for your concern and we will be so excited to see our patrons at the library soon.
